  Edgar Salazar is an incredible Universal Banker. He works at the LaVerne California branch. We came in for help due to fraudulant activity in our bank account. He went way of his way to help us to get us protection and new debit cards. He's very competent, patient, kind and ready to go out of his way to make his customers satisfied!

  The bank staff are all so very friendly and attentive. Every employee makes an effort to greet me when I walk in. The managers Carissa and Claudia are always professional, friendly and available. I can say this branch always gives me that warm neighborly welcome every time I enter and that means a lot. Just a nice place to bank and a huge part of that is the staff.

  The Customer service is so horrible at this location I may end up closing my account. The Tellers look unhappy, the Branch Manager Claudia has a attitude and not helpful at all. Need to improve.asap!
