      Love this bank! Everyone is so helpful. Jose goes the extra mile. He helped with with fraudulent activity on my account. The only reason for 4 stars is the hours of operation especially during Covid were very limited.

      Banker was too eager to brush me off the phone. For the last 4 years I have been depositing checks into my account. Recently a check returned because my signature didn't look the same. Just thinking why the check I write out never got returned. Something unheard of. Checks are in my name, same address, deposit into my account with the same name. If I didn't know any better I would think it was racial profiling.

      This is by far the worst location. The staff is not friendly and there is no management. I will be reporting them to the federal reserve.
