  This banks must be going broke !!!! I bought a cashiers check for $9500 a few weeks ago by taking the money out of my account. I did not end up using it for the purpose i needed it for so i took it back and just wanted to cash it. seems simple right? Not at this crazy place. was told ‘we don’t have that much cash!!!!’ we can only give you $2,000 today. So they sell cashiers checks but they then won’t honor/negotiate there own cashiers checks i guess it’s 1929 all over again. that’s the year all the banks went out of business and went broke in case you’re not familiar with that.

  I've had a hate/love relationship with this bank for the last few years. Today I want to write about the good people who work in this bank that makes it enjoyable to do business with. On my last visit Mr. Efren Zuňiga showed me that One West is still capable of providing exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Thanks Efren! Keep up the good work One West!
