At my final appointment I was shown professional kindness and support, specifically by Member Service Representative Levi G. He walked me through every step with patience and accuracy. Since my daughter’s passing I’ve worked with several other banking institutions, on her behalf. OnPoint is far above and beyond the most professional, easy to work with and understanding!

Polite, but led us to believe that our loan was a shoe-in before declining us at the last minute, putting us in a very precarious position. We are now having to rush to arrange alternative financing due to the misleading language used by the rep we worked with.
