      I can not tell you how much I recommend this place. Tami McGuire is so friendly and easy to work with , the whole process was smooth like butter and that's during a pandemic! We had a lot of crazy happening in our lives and sold our house during the pandemic and ended up staying in South Dakota when we were going to move. Tami was able to quickly get us pre approved so we could get to searching immediately. We ended up building and she was available for all questions and concerns every step of the way. I would recommend open mortgage to anyone.

      I was relatively happy with this company even though I had to stop my lender from being rude several times when I was just trying to clarify stuff. But I am giving 2 stars because its not only how the loan goes during but after. 4 weeks after closing they sold my loan to a TEEEIBLE company that only allows contact via Twitter and Facebook. This company has 1 star review with 500 reviewers. Open mortgage should research who they hand their loans off too. No response when I emailed them to let them know who they are working with.

      No one except me, my husband, and our Mortgage Lenders at Premier know how crazy of a process buying our first home was. They kept me on track and helped us far above and beyond then anyone would expect a company to do. We are so relieved to finally be living in our own home and very grateful for Sergio and Shelby!!
