      I feel it is a bait and switch scam. They sent me a letter saying I could reduce my interest rate to 7.9% saving 93.00 monthly. After going through the process they reduced it to 10.5% only reducing the payment by about 15.00 monthly

      I was trying to refinance my car and sent in all that was asked each time normally same day. However, the loan info expired and I was asked again to have a credit report pulled (which ding my credit yet again) and I said yes. I had a car payment due from the current vendor however since I was refinancing I had opted not to pay since that would make me double up on payments. I was not aware it was going take over a month to process so now Open Road has denied my loan. Not cool. I will be writing to the BBB as well as all of this should have been explained. Especially the timing to review and expiration date. I now have 2 dings to my credit and no refinance for the loan.
