I was referred to Joshua Kittel from a friend of mine. My boyfriend and I were in a tricky situation: 1. We didn't have a realtor 2. We were dealing with a For Sale By Owner. Through out the process, we had a few bumps in the road (house not qualifying for an FHA loan & we collectively couldn't qualify for a Conventional loan). We thought we were going to lose the house, but Joshua definitely pulled through and helped us. He not only advised us with our loan, but also he guided us through the whole buying process. He was there anytime we had a question. Our loan was funded today and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Joshua and his team.

We LOVE these guys!! After being given the run around for 2 months with another company (who, in the end never even had a secured loan for us), we called Opes after asking around for recommendations. We worked with Joshua Kittel and Jennifer Brooke who are amazing! They were always there to answer our questions and kept in touch with us continuously throughout the whole process to let us know where our loan was at...my husband and I were so relieved after the awful experience we had previously. We first called them May 17th and our loan closed and the deed was recorded June 18th. If we ever purchase another home in the future, they will be who we work with hands down! I can't recommend them enough! A+++++++
