      I would not give this company even one star, my experience with Oportun has been very bitter and disappointing, they denied me a loan for the first time because they could not verify the documents I provided, and in a second request I still wait for the justification that they will present, but they do not fulfill their slogan of being a lender that is easily accessible to people, they do not tell the truth. They have affected my credit history for no objective reason, because I provide them with all the documents required for them to grant the loan, and they deny it, and the least is that they deny it, now I have a low credit score because when they run the credit, they damage it They showed me incompetence, lack of professionalism and lack of seriousness in their work with people in need of loans. The girls who helped me at the Rancho Market office in Stapley were very kind, my opinion only refers to the office staff who decided on my loan.
