      I absolutely love this bank! This place is very professional and they have the best customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and leave feeling confident that my transactions are being treated with the utmost confidentiality. When I have had to call for help getting logged into my online banking, they always are very courteous and helpful.

      Worst bank ever. Have changed hands and names multiple times over the years. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Last straw for me with this place when driving by on a weekend one of the windows were left open(all weekend). Don't care about their customers at all. Took my business elsewhere. Now treated with respect and always greeted with a smile as deserved.

I welcome a call to discuss the issues further so that we can learn and become a better bank for our customers. A little Bank history; Opportunity Bank of Montana purchased Sterling Savings Bank late 2013 and we’ve owned the Bank since that time. We changed our name from American Federal Savings Bank to Opportunity Bank of Montana due to a charter change (fancy term for governing entity) from a “savings and thrift” to a “state commercial bank charter”. The name change was mandatory. Opportunity Bank originated out of Helena in 1922, and we are continuing to grow and thrive as a community bank. As far as the windows being left open, this is concerning to us. We have extremely tight security, especially regarding opening and closing procedures. This is also of concern given that we have security alarms that would have triggered such an event. Could you please let us know which branch you drove past? Thank you for your business and loyalty to the Bank given that the banking world has changed so much since Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform. Would love to discuss all of this with you further.
