  I take my aunt there on a regular basis. Those ladies know who she is and are always so nice.They all know exactly what her needs are and are so helpful and patient with her. I definitely recommend this bank!

  Opened an account two years ago. I log into my account online every three months or so just to check up on things. Without fail, I have been charged a $5 “undeliverable statement fee” each month because they can’t find my mailing address on file. I’ve called repeatedly to try and resolve this issue and each time I am told the issue has been fixed. Surprise! Logged into my account today, and after two long years I am still being charged this fee. I am at a complete and total loss as to why something with such a straight forward solution continues to occur. I’ll be going into the bank tomorrow to close my accounts.

  I have been working with this bank branch for the past three years. They have always treated me very kindly and been helpful. Today I came in the branch and asked for some Small bills to be exchanged into larger bills. At other banks I’ve had to go through a lot of measures just to be able to do such a thing and today at this branch they were happy to help me without verifying that I was their customer even though none of them recognized me. I really appreciate their helpfulness even for a small little thing I asked for.
