      I was having some federal loan issues and I contacted Optima sls in regards to seeing if they could assist me. Spent about a good time of 45 minutes on the phone and I was able to get my loans into a forgiveness program!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

      They misrepresented themselves and what they would do for me. First, they failed to tell me that they could do nothing for my federal loans Then they charged me over $5000 and did nothing for almost a year. Meanwhile interest and legal fees started piling up. I tried getting answers and was getting nowhere. I finally contacted one of the loan institutions and asked if they were ever contacted and they denied same. When I informed Optima of this they threatened to terminate service with no refund of the deposit. I finally got someone to respond and work on it. However, I am now being told that the loan institution is refusing to negotiate and that I "might" get some refund. I would like to sue but am now destitute and have no resources

      Ok, first off I don't appreciate receiving a robo call especially if I never initiated contact with this company first. Next thing these people are charging way too much for a service that should cost $200-$300. There are many other companies doing the same thing and charging way less than That amount. Don't be fooled into working with this company. Do your research first before you throw your money away. Especially if it's from a company that steals people's info and robo calls for sales. Look into the laws and make sure they are working accordingly to them before ANYTHING. Never recommending this to anyone.
