  We just finished the process of refinancing a mortgage with Optimum Mortgage. We’d been debating doing this for some time. Honestly, wading through all the information out there about when to refinance, selecting the right lender, terms etc… was overwhelming. As a result, it just never made it past the conversation of needing to take advantage of the rates. We were contacted by a door to door sales person. If I had a single complaint about our entire process, this would be it. Their sales person passed two “no soliciting” signs posted. Regardless, my wife ended up speaking with her and we voluntarily contacted Optimum Mortgage for information. From that point on, all of the folks we talked with were polite and professional. Most of all, eager to answer absolutely all of my many questions to the best of their ability. I have an incredibly skeptical personality and between a couple folks there I felt they explained most everything in a way I could understand all the numbers and costs. Mortgages are incredibly complicated (to me) to understand. Jeremy and Sam worked around my schedule and, I’m pretty sure, answered my calls after hours although wouldn’t admit it. All necessary document signings happened online via e signings with the exception of the final paperwork that requires a notary. Optimum sent that very nice person to our house to complete. We literally did not have to go anywhere or make any extraordinary efforts. This was a very smooth and seamless and low/no pressure process despite my premeditated anxieties I’d been dreading. Both my wife and I would gladly recommend Optimum Mortgage for anyone considering help with their mortgage needs. Thanks again to Jeremy and Sam for all your patience and help! Cheers
