      These guys are amazing! I've been a relatively active as a real estate investor over the years and the level of customer service I got from Optimus was 2nd to none. This is the first hard money lender I've worked with that seemed like they actually cared and weren't just order taking. My loan took a little longer in underwriting than I hoped for but my account executive Andrew Shanti was extremely knowledgeable, accessible and frankly he just did what he said he was going to do on our first call...I'm going to tell you this is not the norm from a lot of hard money lenders out there (I've worked with a handful). Couldn't be happier, these guys have earned all my business. Thank you for being honorable lenders and treating me properly.

      Being new to the world of “hard money”, I reached out to Tyler Morris of Optimus Capital Inc. I can’t say enough about Tyler and his amazing team. He took me under his wing by helping me select the right deal, and working the numbers with me. He made himself available day and night, seven days a week. Tyler is a guy you can trust and who will tell it like it is. I can’t recommend Tyler Morris enough to anyone in the house flipping/investment world!
