  We had an insanely good experience with Option Financial. I was in the business and I have to say that I was impressed with their tools/website/app. We were constantly kept in the loop on all steps. I am self employed so that always makes it more difficult but Jason Laine knocked it out of the park. His professionalism was second to none. Also, the processor, Mandi.... I can't say enough about her. Thanks team, we really appreciate you!

  Jason and Paige at Option Financial were super helpful! The option financial app made document submission easy. All the digital signatures simplified the title process at the end. Communication was 100% they kept me in the loop and prepared me for everything! I got the keys! Highly recommend. Thank you for helping me make this happen!

  10/10 would recommend Option Financial! We worked with Stef and Joy and could not recommend them enough! We bought our first home and they were so helpful and patient and willing to answer any and all questions. They walked us through the processes to make sure we understood everything and got the needed documents in on time. They really do care about their clients’ experience and even reached out after the fact to make sure we didn’t have any further questions! Thanks Stef, Joy, and everyone else at Option Financial!
