Contacted him on someone’s else’s behalf due to a language barrier. When I would reach out to him through phone he never answered but I also never left messages. I would email and he was prompt. I mostly dealt with Darin. Now I requested forms in a different language due to English not being the primary language. I received a simple “no we don’t”. Now I personally have a problem with this since it’s having to do with finance nor does this agency and the company that offers the savings plan has the forms in a different language. Translating financial terms is not my expertise so obviously people on our behalf who were assisting were going to have problems with translating. When I contacted him to receive clarification on a question, he said we were “inconveniencing” him because he explained this on a different day. His words. So I guess you can never have questions or you would be inconveniencing him every time. So what’s the point of bringing your service here? Unfortunately he’s the only option that offers this service through her employer. I would've take my business elsewhere from the beginning however it wasn’t an option.
