I came into this branch to apply for a car loan. Myrna went above and beyond making this very daunting and stressful situation very smooth and handled it with so much care. She listened to all my questions and concerns and was very personable which made me feel comfortable when talking about my situation. She displayed great customer service and expertise when explaining the process needed to get my loan handled. I love coming to this branch as everyone is so kind and greets you as soon as you come in. I have been here many times and the tellers are also so sweet and very knowledgeable.

I went to ask for a car loan, the car costs $ 20,000, I was starting at $ 12,000, I have excellent credit, the lady who attended me was horrible, they asked me for account, social and work permit statements, and after 2 days They tell me that they could not give me credit, I will close my account, and that they stay with their old clients
