My first auto loan with them was an amazing experience so I decided to refinance my second car with them. Never again. So many phone calls and going in person and contacting my insurance for the declaration of coverage page that OCCU approved and then denied multiple times all while threatening to make me pay for a massive insurance policy they would add if I didn’t show proof of insurance after I did multiple times. Now they are charging me debt protection fees that I never signed up for or agreed to and don’t see it anywhere in my copy of the papers I signed so now I need to see if I can cancel that. Yeah… never again.
