  My first time there and I went here to get access to an ATM, but there was no machine. Instead, a nice employee helped me get money through her teller window. I got my money, but a couple of days later it seems someone bought nearly $ 1400USD using my card information which I reported as fraud and I highly suspect an employee there did it. I would give negative stars if I could. It was my first time there. I went to get money, but there was no machine. However, I was helped by a lady who was very kind. But after a few days, someone used my card to buy $ 1,400. I called my bank and told them about the fraud and I think the suspect works there. If I could, I would give it no stars.

  Order Express takes claims of theft and fraud very seriously and as a result we have policies in place to protect our customers. 1. At no point when withdrawing funds from a customer's debit card will our associates ever be required to physically touch the customer's debit card. 2. The device to unload funds is on the other side of the glass window, so the unload is done directly on the customer's end (as they have to insert the card/chip and put in their personal pin number.) 3. Once approved the receipt prints out and for security reasons, the receipt will only show the last 4 digits of the card number. No other information is provided on the receipt. Due to the steps mentioned above, it is very unlikely that our employee will be able to steal your information and commit fraud.
