  Here are a few of my experiences with this company.. We set up auto payments with the manager of a different branch and then came to find out she actually didn’t switch it and I could’ve been charged a late fee if I didn’t pay attention to it. When we went to open an account and different people gave us different information about what we needed or if they needed to pull my credit. I went to deposit two large checks and they misread the checks by thousands of dollars. Customer service reps give different information when we call and in the branch, specifically about setting up auto payments and adding a spouse onto the account.

  Oregon state credit Union by far is the best credit Union To join Craig Williams Of the Kaizer branch is extremely helpful and all the staff are great people and willing to go out their way to make sure you are satisfied with their service I will continue banking getting loans and supporting this credit Union.
