      Refinanced my RV loan with them today. Natalie Glade from corporate started the process yesterday. I went to the McMinnville office to sign. Melanie assisted me during the paperwork. She is new to Oregon State Credit Union, but she was absolutely a perfect professional. She didn't know all the answers but got them quickly from her manager Lesia. I give that Branch all 5 stars plus more if I could. Keep up the great work. More banks need to be like them.

      THIS BRANCH OF OSU IS TERRIBLE. THE MANAGER AND STAFF ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
