Been with OFCU for a few years now and I've never been overdrawn. I've been working my job for a year now. At 1st everytime I deposited my payroll check they put it on hold. Finally they stopped that then today I went to deposit my check and they wouldn't deposit it because it's post dated. Please keep in mind it's ALWAYS post dated. I usually get my check on Wednesday or Thursday and it's dated for Friday. Also keep in mind my payroll check has NEVER RETURNED!! I use to work for a bank and I know for fact banks and credit unions can cash post dated checks. A check is payable upon demand unless the payee submits a formal post-dating notice with your bank. This banks is not convenient at all. You can't use Zelle or checking account verification apps. And they have no customer service number to call after 5 or on weekends. I have no choice at this point but to open an account somewhere else. Over it!!

EXTREMELY slow, uncaring about your time or concerns. NEVER enough staff at the drive through window. Should hv at least 2 clerks at all times......even if the manager needs to step up.
