      I recent call them because I have lost two income & going through hardship I been paying on my car loan two years straight with be late so I called them to refinance my loan to lower my payment they young lady said they told her no my credit I was like wow then the young lady ask the company can I do 60 days with out pay to help me through this hardship I’m going through they said no I really hate I got this car loan with this company they really don’t care about they customers it’s all about that money I pray that this come to a end because legally I got find a way out the car loan !!Because they don’t care
