      I would give negative Stars if I could. My parents have used them since they were called the teachers credit Union. They recently canceled their accounts. I am now in the process of canceling my account. The only way to go in and speak to a person for the vast majority of these locations is to schedule an appointment, ridiculous. The other option is to wait in line at the drive-thru which, and I am not exaggerating, takes 30 minutes to an hour. They usually only have one person working the drive-thru which does two to three cars at a time. Going to the bank to deposit money should never be a hassle. Additionally, they can never cash checks that have my wife's name attached to them because she is not on my banking account. However, my wife has no issues with her bank cashing checks that have my name on it. Orion makes everything difficult all around, however the people are typically nice.

      Does not cash in change jars..I feel a bank I'm paying for should have the appropriate machine to accept my deposit.
