I couldn't provide any help. I wasted my time and lady actually judge me. I wanted to get my pin reset, but of course they don't have that machine there. I might go with a different bank.

Terrible phone etiquete. The first and last time I will do any business with them they have an automated phone system that is terrible. When you fibally get someone on the phone instead of resolving the issue they hang up on you so when you call back you have to start all over again with the recording.
