  If you are looking for a mortgage loan, Kevin Kennedy at Orlando Financial is one of the best. Not only has he won numerous awards over his three decades of experience, but he spends more time with his clients than just about any out there. He wants to make sure he can provide you with value, not just a service. So that is why he won't ever push clients into an option that is not the best fit for them. I highly recommend, Mr. Kennedy and Orlando Financial to anyone looking for a highly experienced, highly knowledgeable, and high character lending option.

  Update 2022: I had such a great experience with Eddie & team that I used them again to do my refinance. Great experience, great advice, great rate and great staff! Smooth experience from beginning to end. I can’t recommend them enough!! I always end up saving money in the short term and long term with them & they’re just so pleasant to work with. Thank you again! I’m a little late on writing my review, as I closed on my house Nov 2017, but I just had to share my great experience. All of the team at Orlando Financial Center were really great - I even did some last minute rate shopping and found they didn’t have the fees similar companies had, so I ended up getting a lower rate and lower overall cost by going with them. I’m considering possibly refinancing due to the current low rates, and I’ll definitely be calling them if I decide to do this. Thank you to the team for making my first home buying experience smooth and as simple as it can be! :)
