I have been working with a representative from the Madisonville office named Adina and I could not be more pleased of the level of patience, friendliness and all around joy to work with she has been. I always tell people Chick-fil-A has the best customer service around but Adina has shown them up! She hands down has been amazing!!! I no longer live in the area and she has went above and beyond to make all my banking needs as easy as possible and being a member worth it!

The women at this location need to check their attitudes towards their customers! It seems they always have a stick up their *** everytime I go in here, and being accused of lying by the young lady today was it for me!! All I did was ask her to correct a mistake she made and she felt the need to pop off! Everyone I speak to about this location has negative comments towards them, not just me!
