      2 weeks ago on Monday I came in and made an appointment to see a mortgage lender at the halls branch for last Monday. I came in for my appointment and was told this branch didn't have one. THANKS. I only have Mondays off to take care of business, so this really sucks.So I came in today ( Monday ) to get copies of my 2 most recent statements and was charged $2 a piece. Thanks again. I will be changing banks. My money and time are just as important.

      While I don't mind going to their bank I hate the new drive thru because you can't make them transfer money from one card to another like you used to in the other drive thru. Everything else there is gone other than that.
