They charge $5.00 to use my debit card to pay my truck payment . I ask for a receipt, she says "Oh this is only online banking. We will email your receipt. " Well I'm still waiting on receipt. It's a shame hardworking people get charged a fee for paying a payment especially when I pay extra on the loan and am never late.I wish my payments were with another bank.
