No online access. I refinanced my loan in big part because they messed up extra payments I was making and did not put them towards the principle like I told them to. Now that Ive refinanced, they are still taking payments out. I have been passed to 5 people now via phone tag. I work nights so going in and face to face isnt an option plus everyone is working remotely because of COVID. This mortgage loan system is a joke.
