      I've been with Oswego Community Bank for about 12 years. My wife was with them from before that. They were a great, friendly, local community bank and it was a pleasure dealing with them. We have personal and business accounts there. Then they were bought, eventually becoming Byline Bank. I have to jump through hoops on-line and by phone to get any information from them now...even something as simple as what their hours are on a particular day. When calling, half the time I get someone who's at some outside location, other than the bank I want in Oswego who barely speaks English (with hearing aids I don't do accents well but when the accent is really strong they might as well be speaking their native language. It's sad that after all this time I'll be looking for a new bank to move my accounts to. I would NOT recommend them to anyone any more. There was a time that I told everyone how great they were to deal with. Those days, I'm afraid, are gone.
