      They act like they want to help Veterans but they only take advantage. I lost my bank card and had to order a new one. When it wasn't there after 21 days and 3 trips to the bank I became upset. That is how I pay my bills. I am a 12 year member and happy to be leaving. Thanks for nothing.

      Since 1936 we have provided excellent banking services for both employees of the VA as well as Veterans. We will continue striving to provide our members with outstanding service, and we regret if your experience didn't meet that standard. We have not been excluded from the far-reaching issue that the pandemic has brought. From chip shortages to mailing delays we have felt the effects and so too have our members. We have always tried to be honest with our members about these delays, again, we apologize if you were not made aware of the combination of delays.
