      Ridiculous that a state issued paper ID wasn't good enough for a simple checking account! Went elsewhere wasn't even a problem. 1 lost customer right there.

      Nice customer service. Only issue if you are service member or move from the area you will have trouble accessing your money. They offer POPMONEY which you can transfer to an external account in 3 days unlike Zelle that is transferred within minutes. Or you can use an ATM that is out of the network that'll charge you additional fees to withdraw. Also you pay $3.00 for bill pay transactions.. Ridiculous when other institutions are free.
