  Ask the community I work 16 hour days Monday through Friday and no one is ever there on the weekends. I can't seem to get anything done through this bank unless I request days off from work. It's a really great bank other than this minor setback.

  One of the few financial institutions that manages to treat you like a person instead of a number/dividend source/stone from which blood can be drawn. Genuinely nice, helpful people, always pristine inside. They've even got decent lobby coffee! Much wealthier, more monolithic finance outfits don't even do that! The only reason they don't get a five is no fault of the people on the ground, they're legitimately doing their best. It's purely the higher-ups. They're habitually understaffed, at least last I saw. On occasions when I go inside, I'll inevitably see someone doing walking wind sprints between areas, trying to stem the tide. Real one person army stuff, and despite it all, they manage to keep a smile and kind attitude throughout. They need to allot more funding for staffing, bottom line. Nobody should have to set Olympic speedwalking records in office casual.

  Terrible Bank! I've been doing my banking there for quite some time now but quality has started to lack I've noticed in the last year! They put a hold on a check but yet continue to collect overdraft fees while allowing the auto draft to go through and refused to reverse the overdraft fees! It would be pretty simple for them to look at my bank account and recognize that I have plenty of money that goes through there all the time and especially enough to cover the check that they put on hold! After 15 + years I will be changing Banks tomorrow when the check clears and they can collect their overdraft fees from somebody else
