      They are slumlords they company will hold you responsible for things they never came to fix, 5 years on a property rent paid on time and lots of times ahead then to top it off Michelle is rude and doesn't care about nothing but Money wouldn't recommend oh and she will raise rent and not fix your property

      I was sent numerous letters from this company after my mother's death, grief mongering and looking for a way to take advantage of me. They act like they want to buy your property but clearly don't do any of the research to know when the property is actually listed for sale. Stay far away from these fear mongers.
