This company was my landlord for 2 years from 2020 until earlier this year. Traci was amazing in the beginning but throughout my time working with her there was poor communication with lease renewals multiple times. They took most of my deposit because I had to stay an extra month past the lease because a result of this poor communication. I understand that part of this is my and my roommates responsibility but Traci or the owner didn’t take any responsibility. I felt taken advantage of and I was also lied to about furniture being in the home when we moved in which was also taken out of our deposit. I tried reaching out to talk to her on the phone about this all and I only got responses through email. The whole thing feels very shady to me.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company. Took weeks to make a decision on an application. Calling and texting did no good they never had an answer. Called nearly every day and the person on the phone would say “we don’t know” application process should take maximum 3 days. Mine took 3 weeks just to hear an answer- well past my move in date. Seems like they only want money for applications.
