      It would be nice if they answered their phone.at 11:15 a.m. on a non-holiday Thursday or pretty much any other time I've tried calling them during business hours.

      I've always have had good experiences at Lowes until recently. Accidentally, I wrote a check from a closed account. The minute I realized it I went to Lowes n wrote a correct check. But instead of notifying me of anything they immediately turned it into a collection agency. No notification of any kind was given to me. Now I'm trying to get this straightened out and guess what, no one can help me. Awesome, right. So now my over 800 credit score is in jeopardy. Great way to run a business and ruin someone's credit. I saw what I did, corrected it to no avail. Now I have no idea where my new check even went.
