I just opened a account yesterday they good helpful people. Yeah they short handed but what job isn’t thanks to Covid-19. They still doing all they can with the staff they have. Jennifer and Samantha are good people who want to help you.

Can not get anyone to return a phone call for a loan. So sent emails, and 7 days later I received a phone call... would you still like a loan? So I let that go, went with another bank. Try them again on another loan. Same thing now! Have done business before with them on big ticket items, guess need to look elsewhere.
