I'm a lending manager for a credit union outside Indianapolis- OUR just helped us take care of one of our members through the shared branching network after another credit union in the area turned her away for a cashier's check she was trying to obtain to buy a car. My LO and I stayed after hours trying to find a solution, someone who could help, and OUR stepped up and agreed to help her/us out- even though it meant it was slightly after closing hours. Terrible service. Slow, and unable to answer any questions. It somehow keeps getting worst like someone new took over and is just squeezing the business dry. Go to any other credit union because all benefits of a credit union are negated by their practices.

ive had so many problems with them putting my debit card on hold. i dont even know why im even still at this bank to be honest. i saw a payment i did not recognize and i had them put my card on hold. then i found out what the problem was and i called back to have them take the hold off my card. the teller said “okay, i took the hold off your card” yet i still could my card 2 days later. now the bank is closed and i cant use my card and i need gas.
