      The process of renting was so simple. The house came prepared with all beds made and included bath towels. The house was exactly as described on the website with the exception of one of the bedrooms where a twin bed was no longer there but had been replaced with a trundle. Towards the end of our week, we ended up with ants in the food cupboard. I sent a text that we had purchased ant traps. They offered to pay for the traps, but I declined and recommended that they spray the kitchen area prior to the next arrival.

      Every time you call with a question or issue the answer is unfortunately we can't or don't do that anymore. Rent from anyone else but these clowns.

      Many issues with the property and sub par property management practices. Excessive ants & spiders inside & out with infants around. Spraying chemicals while we were there was not an option. Furnature and beds were completely worn out. All 6 adults got very little or no sleep. Worst 6 nights we ever had. Deal breaker. Next. A Tree service company shows up on tuesday morning around 7:40 am ready to take out 8 trees and massive lot vegetation clearing while we were there on our vacation !!! Called OBXB management they said they had to do it because the “owners” were coming next week. They were willing to credit $xxx . Did not care about us. I refused the credit. No trees were cut on my time. With many other concerns about the property including safety issues, this cottage should have been taken out of service until addressed.
