This place is one of the few places that will approve ANYBODY!! The rudeness comes with the territory šš you can't make everyone happy!! Just pay your note and make sure u have up to date insurance and you'll be ok!! š¤·š½āāļø

Highly recommend not doing business with this company. They are rude, they never want to transfer you to a supervisor, they hang up in your face, if you come short on a car note they donāt care, they will stop answering your calls. They had one good worker Carlos who they probably fired for actually caring about ppl and being reasonable. If your already with this company get a voluntary repo which I am in the process of doing. They will try to scare you and stop you but trust me you will still be able to get another car. Or do a trade in with whatever make car you have shop. If you donāt have them already donāt get them! They will also lie and tell you they donāt do voluntary repos which is not true.
