He kept me informed, from accepting my offer by the Seller to the closing, which made the decision process easier along the way. I am highly pleased with the service.

      Tyler’s communication was inadequate and cost us money as he never told us our rate wasn’t locked. Multiple weeks into the process, we had to ask about locking the rate and in the meantime rates had increased. Getting in touch with him to discuss the rate lock was challenging.

      1 star because 0 stars was not possible. This was the worst mortgage experience in my life. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!
