Always a good experience when I go in. Amd when I call in they are always very nice and helpful. They are always great to me even when I'm sick. I have an auto immune issues and they are doing very well in their social distancing.

Terrible company with no morals. Went to their atm, attempted to withdraw $500, transaction was canceled on their end, and I was charged $500 even though I never received any $. I went inside the branch it happened at, explained my situation, showed receipts of their error. I was told there's nothing I can do. I have to wait up to 90 days for my $. It's funny how banks do this. You owe them $ and they get it right away. They owe you $ and it takes up to 90 days. After I explained that I have a family and can't afford to wait 90 days, I was given a fake apology and told to have a nice day. Not only is this a sh!tty company but being condescending is apparently how they treat people.
