      I first want to start off by saying I am rebuilding my credit and I do take part of the blame. When I first inquired about purchasing a home I was given false hope. I was told there was a 99% approval rate. My credit was ran and Christine Thierry gave me hope. I spent over $1500 for this process including a $650 application fee. Due to the pandemic I was dismissed and told she couldn't do anything for me. Again she had stated she wouldn't be able to help me at this time. All I have to say is I am was totally misled. Please watch out and don't waste your money unless you know you can be approved
