Absolutely unhelpful and do not care about any type of hardships people face. I called the day after my due date, because it was on a Sunday, to try and communicate with them and let them know I was not able to make the payment but would be able to pay it in full in a week. Mind you, my payments have always been on time. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and to “be more responsible”. The man asked me to find someone I could get a loan from otherwise they would be sending someone out to pick up my car. Also, they have been continuously harassing my references and leaving voicemails stating that my car loan account is in arrears, which is illegal information for them to share. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Most uncaring and unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with.

Like others, I would give them negative stars. Run do not walk away from Pace Financial. If you have any other options (walking is really good for your health, seriously consider that) take them. They will threaten you with repossession one day past your due date. They start calling you to demand payment on your due date so be sure to pay early!! And beware if they let you 'defer' a payment. Unlike most other reputable lenders, deferring a payment with Pace DOES NOT extend your final payment date. It means you will essentially have a balloon payment due on your last payment date. AND they give you no notice about that larger payment due- the online system didn't even show us. We only found out because they called us two weeks after the final payment was due. We had two weeks to pay off loan to avoid a 30 day late on our credit. Horrible, uncompassionate customer service. Just don't. It's not worth it.
