  I have been very skeptical about dealing with loan brokers as I believed that there is no need for a middleman who will get paid for something you can do yourself. Oh, boy - how it is so away from the truth. Even being an owner of commercial and residential properties, I did not know how much I didn't know. And believing that you can overcome the scrutiny and obstacles on the way of obtaining a loan has caused me the loss of 2 wonderful properties. After contacting about 2 dozens of banks, getting a cold shoulder and when the hope seemed very murky, I decide to swallow my pride and ask for a help. Despite the fact that I own a successful business with 3 locations for 12+ years, survived COVID time, own the commercial building - would not matter to the banks. Only with Dwight's approach based on a deep understanding the banking industry, he was able to get the bank to offer me such amazing loan. All this success is due to Dwight's tenacity to advocate for client's best interest & his fortitude to get the job done. His persuasive skills with the decision makers helped push your transaction in the right direction.   Had a very pleasant, professional experience with Manny & his team. I appreciated working with someone as experienced as Manny. He spoke with me at length to determine my needs and then he searched for the right loan for my specific situation. He's very resourceful and his years of experience were evident. He really came through for me. I had many questions throughout this process and both Manny & Elena were there to explain things.   Steve is an amazing loan officer. He helped my family and me to buy a house with 0 down payment. He guided me through the whole process of buying a house until the escrow was closed. He was working weekends and late night in order for me to get a better APR and better deal. I would highly recommend Steve when you're looking to buy a house or any other property.thank you Steve.
