One of my trusted friends referred me to Dave for my own home refinance. His professionalism exceeded my high expectation as a realtor. Yes, he got me really low rate, but he went beyond just that. He got us an even lower rate due to the delay of the refinancing fee; he was just that on top of it. As a result, I had a negative cost loan. For self-employed folks like me, lenders make us jump through hoops. During Covid-19 pandemic, all the extra requirements became ridiculous. It was more work for Dave, but he was there all the way guiding me with the different requirements and paperwork. He was thorough and diligent, putting out sudden fires before they becoming trouble. We were able to close without a hitch. Since then, one of my clients has also used Dave and he is impressed by his professionalism and integrity.
