I have only good things to say about my experience with Pacific Mountain Capital LLC. I specifically praise my loan officer Mike Berg. In truth, I didn't expect to ever get refinanced at all since I had only purchased my new home only a few short months prior. Mike encourged me to give him a chance and boy oh boy, I was unexpectedly surprised to hear that even only after making three payments on my original mortgage, he could indeed lower my interest rate and subsequently lower my payments! I was shocked to hear that my monthly payments would be reduced by over $200 dollars per month! The process was simple, free of exhaustive and stressful paperwork. I recommend Mike Berg and Pacific Mountain Capital LLC to anyone looking to refinance, purchase, or borrow for any real estate needs.

I worked with Jeri Groves on my refi. She was wonderful. She went out of her way to take the stress out of the process. She notified me ahead of time about things that went along with the process.
