  My husband has been considering switching everything from this bank to his other bank. Today we went through the drive thru and had such a great experience. Frankie is AWESOME! Her customer service is impeccable. My husband said as we were driving away, "I think I'm gonna keep this bank just because of her". Wish everyone out there had customer service like Frankie!

  Have been a customer for over 20 years. Has always been the best until today. One acct I deposit around $8000.00 worth of checks that I receive for room rentals. Today I deposit 2 money orders and was told they can't accept because instead of my name it had my last name and the word properties after it. I have been depositing checks made out in that manor for a very long time and just like that it becomes a problem. I was told I have to open another account and of course pay a monthly fee. Then to make me feel even less important the teller who questioned it in the first place asks me to move my car out of the drive through line so she can help the next customer. I was just waiting a few minutes for another bank employee to return with an answer to a question I had. As soon as I change my automatic debits I am done with this bank. But then I guess that substandard service is expected from a bank that has changed from Santa Lucia bank to Mission Community bank to Heritage Oaks bank to Pacific Premier bank.
