  I can't say enough about the positive experiences we have had with the North Bend branch. We've been with the bank for 20 years+ through all of the changes, and we have been very pleased. Kelly has amazed us with her ability to remember all of our names (even though my husband only sees her once a year). Recently, we've sought a HELOC and the process was seamless. David was especially helpful in explaining everything and managing the application. He was communicative, always available, and on top of it all along the way.

  In the years that we have done business at this location; It has gone from a wonderful friendly local branch of Cascade Bank to a fairly high turnover, colder business called Opus Bank. Their IT division gets a grade of "F" with many problems including a month long period where you could not access your account online. E-mailing the branch manager doesn't get you a personal response, which doesn't seem like a good business practice. The one outstanding customer service representative is Kelly! She may be the only reason we stay with this bank. If it weren't for her and that we hadn't committed accounts, checks, auto transfers to this bank, we would go elsewhere.
