After more than three decades in business in NY and LA, PPBI has been, BY FAR, the best, most personalized and satisfying banking experience in my career. I have been a customer for almost 9 years and while I've seen team members come and go each and every one I worked with was a complete joy - whether in the Brentwood location or when on the road for travel and needing fast turnarounds. I've had banking relationships with the big/majors and this beats all of them. Whether you are a small business or entrepreneur starting out (9 years ago I was a seed-funded startup) or a full-fledged corporate client as I am now I can't recommend this bank and this branch in particular enough.

I'm happy the Brentwood Branch staffs are doing amazing help. Especially Maria Sanchez addresses our issues quickly either by telephone or by email. Recently when you dial your 877 tel.no. i used to get live person quickly now it 's switched to virtual like other banks this process takes longer period of time to get help. Hope this care will be addressed.
